Cancellation Policy

Registration is required to hold your spot for a classs.
It is important to us to fairly compensate our Teachers for their time and materials in preparation to teach a Class.
**Our Cancellation Deadline is by 5pm two days before a scheduled Class**
We are happy to issue a refund should a student cancel before the Cancellation Deadline. You may request a refund by visiting us in-store or by calling us at (585) 586-6550.
After the Deadline, we are sorry but we cannot issue a refund.
