Refund policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us by phone (585) 586-6550 or email info@letsbead.com within 14 days of receipt.  Please include your name, your contact information, the name of the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. 

Returns must be unused, complete and in original condition and original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless return is due to goods being damaged or defective at time of shipping. Refunds are credited to your original payment method when the returned item is received back and found in original condition.

There are some items which are not returnable; these items include cut lengths of chain, leather, and certain other stringing materials.

If a kit is received incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we may send you the missing piece(s) free of charge.  Please realize that exact replacement parts may not be available if we do not have a source for replacements eg. if a bead color or shape is discontinued.
