Shipping

We ship promptly via USPS Ground Advantage with Tracking to the contiguous United States. If you wish for your order to be sent by expedited shipment, please contact us before ordering at (585) 586-6550 to discuss options.

Shipping Costs

Shipping for orders $50.00 and up is Free.

Shipping for orders under $50.00 is $6.00 per order, except for oversize items. *

*On rare occasions oversize items may require extra shipping fees. If you have purchased an oversize item, either by size or weight, we will contact you prior to shipping to notify you and you will have the option to modify your order. 

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to see if you would like us to send a replacement, if you would like us to refund your payment by your original payment method, or if you would like to wait until we receive more of the item in stock, if applicable.
