Absolutely! At Let's Bead you can browse unique gifts, handcrafted decor, jewelry making supplies such as chain, leather, and stringing cord, and of course beads, buttons, cabochons and more!

We have Let's Bead! Gift Cards available in whole dollar amounts of your choosing. These cards can be purchased at the front register in our store, and can only used on purchases made in-store.

Unfortunately at this time we do not sell Gift Cards online, nor can our store Gift Cards be used online.

Yes, we offer classes every month. They cover everything from beading and jewelry making techniques to crafts projects and hobbies, and are offered at various levels from beginner to advanced. Check out our Classes page for more information and the current class schedule.

We do offer a small, curated selection of items from local and country-wide artisans on consignment, as well as beautiful handcrafted items made by our talented staff. In general we do not accept consigment items otherwise.

We also host trunk shows of unique, high quality pieces made by artists and bead companies around the world. If you are a bead artist with significant inventory and would like to be considered for a Trunk Show at Let's Bead!, please contact Beth at 585-586-6550 or info@letsbead to discuss further.

Shipping for any amount of kits is $5.00 per order.

We do our best to ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, and we send a confirmation email to let you know when it goes out.

If you wish your item sent by expedited shipment, please contact the store before ordering and we'd be happy to discuss options and shipping times with you.

We ship via USPS (United States Parcel Service).

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship orders internationally.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us by phone 585-586-6550 or email info@letsbead.com within 14 days of receipt.  Please include your name the name of the product you wish to return or exchange, the reason for the return if there was a problem with the product and if an exchange, the product you wish for the exchange. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Returns must be unused, complete and in original conditional and original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless return is due to goods being damaged or defective at time of shipping.

There are some items which are not returnable.  These items include cut lengths of chain, leather, and other stringing materials.

If a kit is received incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we may send you the missing piece(s) free of charge.  Please realize that exact replacement parts may not be available if we do not have a source for replacements eg. if a bead color or shape is discontinued.
