We want everyone to enjoy their class experience! Please note our class policies below, and call us if you have any questions.

Registering for Classes

Registration for classes is taken at Let’s Bead! Payment for the full class fee is due at time of registration. Payment can be made by cash or check made out to the course teacher.

You may reserve a spot for 72 hours by calling the store at 585-586-6550; however if we do not receive your payment in person or by mail after 72 hours, we cannot hold your spot in the class.

Cancelling Your Registration

If you cannot attend a class, please contact us as soon as possible, since class sizes are small and others may be on our waiting list. Class refunds can be made up to 7 days before the class date. Refunds or credits will not be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the class. This is in recognition of the time it takes teachers to prepare for classes and to keep spots open for those who are able to attend.

Cancellation by Let’s Bead!

Let’s Bead! reserves the right to cancel classes due to bad weather conditions, illness of class teachers or registrations not meeting class minimum size. Every effort will be made to notify you as soon as possible in these situations and class refunds will be issued.

Class Supplies

When you register for your class, you will be given information about purchasing class supplies or kits.
